• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Subscription and Payments

PivotAI offers premium features through subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

All content, features, and functionality of PivotAI are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PivotAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of AI analysis
• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That trading decisions based on our insights will be profitable
• Specific results from using the App

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PivotAI, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or investment decisions made based on App insights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to PivotAI at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App provider is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
